Seriously, do you really have time to enjoy the city you are spending the night in or is it a mad dash to the hotel to get some shut eye for a couple of hours and back to the same plane you just shut down 8 hours ago?
It depends on the trip. Sometimes you have enough time to relax and have a few, maybe look around. Sometimes you only have 8 hours and are dashing to the hotel room to catch some sleep.
