So what does this mean for new hires? More reserve time? I am just curious because I'm not sure what the XJT style is.

How much of a difference is there between Chautauqua and Shuttle? They're the same company so is it just different equipment?

Niner, I doubt you're who I'm thinking of, but would you happen to be a TSA guy who upgraded back in December?

Nah, just means more time spent wondering where the heck they are going to stick you. Reserve time will still be based on your relative seniority in base when you hit the line. Generally, Shuttle seems to have the most time spent on reserve, then CHQ, then Republic. All of that is driven by growth right now. Attrition seems even across the board.

XJT was leaving guys hanging on paid vacation for over a month while they were short IOE captains. They weren't assigning bases until you got IOE, so you couldn't get the move over with in the middle even if you wanted to.

CMH won't be hard to get. Seems like there's always vacancies here. Plus, in the latest award, there are 6 FOs here that got awarded upgrade. So there are at least 6 vacancies coming.
