What?

RJ pilots are underpaid, but no way in hell are we paid 1/5 of what major pilot makes..unless you are comparing a senior mainline widebody CA to a first year regional FO.

The RJ is practical between small and midsize cities not because of "low labor rates", but because they feed the hub and the high-yield flights out of it.

Mainline take back RJ flying because RJ labor rates are too high? Sounds like a good deal to me!

Sounds good to me too. They have to find pilots to fly them sooner or later. Being stapled to the bottom of a mainline list is better than the bottom of a regional list.

In reality, they'd just pay JO to make a new airline which would pick up all the furloughed guys and make them work for less than Mesa rates.
