Try Preflight parking in Chelsea. Thats where I park. Its pretty good they pick you up right at your car and drop you off there. Your guarenteed a space and they write it down so you don't have to remember. I don't no what the price is but, they have some sort of deal with Eagle.

Currently $175 a month at preflight.

Several of the area hotels do monthly parking with vans every 20 minutes or so as well. Hampton and Comfort in Revere come to mind.

Anyone have an update to the employee parking situation at Logan.

I'll be comuting to NY and I have contacted massport. They said the company needs to set it up. Then I called back on the massport number and they said that it is another number and transfered me without giving me the number. Then a voicemail, so I'm waitingon a call back.

Questions:
  1. Still the Chelsea Garage?
  2. Monthy Cost?
thanks

Chelsea Garage "IF" you hit it when they have an opening..... currently they are signing people up for...... wait for it.....
the parking lot at Wonderland in Revere with busses every 30 minutes, and honestly, you'd get there faster hopping on the train right there instead of wsiting for the bus. Yes, they are parkign you all the way over at Revere Beach with rush hour traffic.... good luck.

I'd try the area hotels first, and preflight as a backup since the drawbridge is always an unknown that can add another 30 minutes to your commute. It's almost at the point that the park and ride, CJ Coach and Logan Express busses from New Hampshire and northern Mass are a better option. Their issue is a late arrival back into Boston and I think the busses stop running around midnight in most cases.

If you're coming from the north, park in Woburn at the Logan Express.

Is the one in Peabody still there too on Route 1?

Thanks for the info. Of course ideally it would be nice to park right by and just take the shuttle in. But Logan has always seemed like a pain.

I get a $40 stipend from the company for parking so some sort of offset.

Driving to Woburn to take Logan Express is not bad. Taking the bus from Nashua might work. That certainly would be convenient.

Last thing I really want to do is get to Boston and there be no spaces. So at least taking the shuttle busses would alleviate any of that issue.

thanks again for the reply

in 18 years, I've never seen preflight full to the point of not taking more cars.
