Bad day at Horizon
Today is truly remarkable. 19 aircraft grounded. 113 cancellations with great weather at all the hubs and focus cities.
My hats off to the ops agents and customer service agents today. They have been facing a huge challenge with almost a third of the fleet out of service and many upset passengers. They have done a good job getting passengers on other flights and getting Alaska to cover some of the flying. It seems to be going about as well as possible given the circumstances. Lets hope the inspections can get done ASAP and the airline can get back on track. Unfortunately, there goes the OPR award this month.:rolleyes: |

I don't know when they are getting them, but when they do they won't need inspections since they will be new.
