Rumor has it Skywest is going to announce some big news but I have no idea what. Does anyone know?

I heard they were going to announce something today. I have not heard anything yet.

My guess is that it will involve UAL and mesa...except the "good" part won't apply to mesa.

I heard that we picked up addition flying this holiday season at Santa's expense.

You know NPA, (North Pole Airlines)!

I guess that means we won't get X-Mas off.

There are always rumblings around SKW about new flying. Lately, most have turned out to be true.

Yep this part is true. Has to do with the UAL and LAX lawsuit. Wonder if all the socal turboprop service will go away. Some flights don't really appear to hold too much value (ONT-LAX, SNA-LAX, IYK-LAX) but for some routes I think it's important and they have demonstrated they make $$$ (MOD-LAX, SAN-LAX, MRY-LAX). I definitely think most of the socal turboprop service will go by the wayside, but hopefully they will bring in jets for some of the routes. It would be a shame to see it all go.
