Question Republic Training Contract?

Do they have one? If so how long and how much?

I believe it's two years, can't remember the cost though. WAG of $10,000? That seems to be pretty standard.

Yup, 15k for an SIC type rating. Something we should consider addressing in the next contract....

Who wants to lock themselves into two years before you actually get to experience the true working conditions? People sign agreements because they HAVE to. Not because they want to... you never know when or why you might want to leave a job.

It really sucks to be locked into a training agreement when you have been offered a better job.

It should probably fall below the importance of rigs, FO rates and CNX pay...and probably well above leather jackets, stock options, centralized basing and the firing of Joe C.

Who has a training contract these days? Lakes, Colgan, RAH.
