PSA interview question

Anyone interview with them and NOT stay at a hotel that costs 2 months worth of CFI pay ($141.00):D? Any suggestions on where to stay near the flight center?

Try the best western sterling, they have a shuttle to the US Air training center. There is Murphys across the street for beer and decent food for cheap.

Is your interview in Dayton, Ohio?

No, its in CLT. I called the Holiday Inn and got the PSA rate..........Just like the E-mail said.

Try calling the microtel just north of CLT and asking for the usairways rate (Piedmont). Just be warned that you get what you pay for...

Thanks everyone. The Holiday Inn seems pretty convenient and thanks to modern paintshop pro technology, the pictures make it look like a nice place to stay. Now, if I could just get them to accept free ground lessons in exchange for a free hotel room for the night......Then I am set!

Good luck on your interview!
How many hours do you have?

The Ramada gives us a $35 rate. See if they will give it to you since you are interviewing.

I know you weren't giving me the tip. But thanks! I'll be out there next week.
I don't know why they suggest the Holiday Inn though? They want $109 vs Ramada wanting $35. Hmm i wonder where i should stay? ;)

Im based in CLT. Here is my choices of hotels to stay at there:

- Country Inn and Suites 45.00
- Best Western Sterling Inn 41.00

Avoid the Microtel and the Holiday Inn. They both jack you around on rates depending on the event. The two I mention above will ALWAYS treat USAir people with respect and do not gouge.

For location, the Best Western is the best deal as there is more choices on food. And the staff there is a notch better.
