my buddy got a job instructin at atp and he didn't even get any ratings there, I think he's getting nothing but multi time down in florida somewhere. All I did was hang out at an fbo and make lots of friends, before I knew it I was flying a baron and 2 c310s. I eventually became the sole pilot for the 310s. Built about 700 hours of multi while I was still in college. I think buying your time once you are rated is rediculous.
