Haven't heard much about them lately...How's QOL right now. Are people happy? What's upgrade time looking like these days and what's in the future for upgrade time? What's reserve time for equipment in DFW?

QOL is on the lower end, lots of 4day trips and extensions/junior manning due to staffing shortages. Morale is low, especially if you are on the bottom 1500 of the seniority list after the latest flowthrough debacle. Upgrade is currently at about 7 years and i expect it to stay around 5-7 years for the future. Look for AE to begin parking saabs in 2008 and also exercising options for 25 more CRJs for a net loss in total airframes for the company. DFW is a long wait on reserve for the EMJ, I think about a year still? CRJ might be shorter, Saab is nonexistent if they are still offering it.
