PSA interview

I was offered an interview next week. And just got an email from them saying what will be covered on the interview. It said that the test will be new and no information will be on any gouges. Is this true? I thought i read on here that they've been saying that. But just wanted to see if anyone has interviewed with them lately.
Also where could i get a Jepp plate for the ILS into Charlotte to look over?

I interviewed Oct 24th and recieved the exact same E-mail. The test has not changed as of the 1st of November, but you never know! Good luck, hope to see you in January.

The written test info on www.mypilotcareer.com is accurate as of last week.

Why does it say to bring a calculator for the panel interview?

OnMyWay 11-10-2007 11:24 AM

To POSSIBLY calculate a VDP.

Isn't a VDP already drawn on the plate? PDP is the one you have to calculate right?

OnMyWay 11-10-2007 02:38 PM

I believe that you are correct, however, they will ask you to calculate a VDP. I would not suggest correcting them.;)

Airnav isn't Jepp, thats true but the approach is fundamentally the same and for general layout/fam it worked well enough for this recovering NOS user to get the call. Not sure where you can find Jepp plates besides buying a packet or paying $11.99 for my hand drawn copy and fax service.

Good luck!
