Default all you low time guys on IOE

All you Low time guys doing IOE....Please Please look out the dam window on a visual approach. IDK if i can take it anymore with you guys!!! 4 new guys and 4 times i had to take the controls... here is a hint on a vis app.... Look out the dam front window!!

LoL the last time those guys have flown anything visually was during Private training...and we all know Instructors nowadays can't teach real stick and rudder skills!

Idk thay lacked in all areas of flying. Man they can fly a nice ILS but when it was a vis app they fell apart

as XJ said....it'll probably get worse before it gets better...don't know about the CRJ, but the ERJ visuals were considered one of the "difficult" things to do, regardless of flight time...don't have much of a reference for pitch attitude, but after a little practice, all works out...did you tell the kids to "look outside" hopefully by a hundred feet up or so, they were...but well....ya never know.

Imagine if they had to fly a Tac Overhead..."Eagleflight report 2 mile initial, break over the numbers."

Any monkey (even Saab LoL) can fly a perfect ILS with that crutch they call a Flight Director...
