I've heard whispers of DCA being downsized - is this true? I would be interested in flying out of there, as I have many friends and some family in the area.

I'm thinking its a cluster f, but I don't know as I've never been there.

You never can tell for sure. The flying and number of lines fluctuate, sometimes drastically, from month to month. It will also be interesting to see what happens to the lines everywhere else when CMH opens.
