Anyone got a "sneak-peak-leak" on our new SKYW payscale?
Anyone have any insight into the new payscale at SkyWest?
Just curious. |

The one that hasn't been sent to the pilots for vote? If so, no. |
All I've been told is we can expect first year to be around $24, about a 3%-5% raise for RJ CA's & EMB crews and maybe 1% for RJ FO's; But this is just "hear say!"
Otherwise I'm still waiting and I'm not holding my breath. |
I'll vote no if FOs don't get a raise.

Yeah we all know how well our fellow pilots vote! Company will just tell everyone not to vote and the sheep will abide.

it would probobly shadow asa's payscale.

What happens if everybody votes "no" and management says, "T.S. Deal with it?"
Not union flame, just a legit question. I'm curious as to how that works over there. |

Yes but when you add the rest of our total compensation to it SKW pilots will have an industry leading pay & QOL package.

Horizon is not a peer of SKW because the bulk of, if not all of their flying is "at risk". I am not saying I wouldn't love Horizon rates, but they don't have to compete for contracts like we do.
