Happy New Year Everybody!

Hopefully we'll all make some career progression despite Age 65.

Once again my new years eve schedule had us landing at 2300, rushing to get the van, changing clothes, bribing the driver to take us to a bar quick-like, and getting my beer at the stroke of local midnight. It was fun after that, everybody else had a 6 hour headstart on us...lots of entertaining drunks in the midwest. Glad I have all day to recover.

Thank god for the CAL flying we were done by 5pm and don't leave till 4pm today and after running into an AA, SW, and 3 CHQ crews we managed to party it pretty good. Made the best New Years we could given the situation. Downing the water like mad lol.

Happy New years to all. Everyone in contract negotiations needs to eat black-eye peas!

Got into ELM yesterday morning and had like 3 beers before the 12-hour rule kicked in. 5:15am van. Sucked.

But I'm off for a couple days and I'm pretending tonight is New Year's Eve!

Screw the 12-hours dude, it's 8 for everybody else...

And then there's me, who rang in the new year trying to sleep commuting on a red-eye. Yay airline career!
