What are the chances of getting on with AWAC with under 250 multi?

Check out www.aviationinterviews.com It tells you what time people got hired with. Generally it seems most under 200hrs multi got hired. Kinda funny considering the advertise 1000 tt 250 multi. Some people were hired with like 600hrs.
