Bombardier can't seem to determine how big their planes actually are. It varies by a few inches in every publication, but those are roughly 705/900 dimensions, depending on what book you look at.

I love how MSNBC noted in their article that "one air traffic controller was directing both airplanes" as if that's abnormal or unsafe. The only other safety-related comment they made was "The FAA sent investigators to the airport to review air traffic control tapes". I think they kind of missed the point of the story.

I would love for that reporter to explain to me where she came up with the notion that the vertical stabilizer assemblies sheared or how the 757 experienced engine damage. Media reporters are such a bunch of tools sometimes.
