Skyway airlines big announcement
 

Does anyone know what skyways big announcement is going to be. Something posted on flightinfo.com?

Ok, anybody else know about any other airline with a "Big Announcement?"

So many rumors, so few "announcements."

Wasn't more than 20 minutes ago I just listed them all.

Well I don't know how to link to the other forum page, but it's under DL announcement Tuesday.

Why is it that every month SkyWest is going to have some "Big Announcement"?

That was last month and next month. This month it's Skyway...LoL

I meant Sky Way airlines out of Milwaukee. On flightinfo.com there is supposed to be some big announcement but I don't ant to pay the $10 to find out what it is. Thought somebody here might have read it.

Maybe it's a new gimmick to get you to pay the $10.

Well, if it's on FlightInfo it has to be big:p

All its about is a bunch of rumors people are joking around with, "Skyway is merging with Delta, Skyway is buying United, Skyway is going to start flying for Qantas." What it may be about is that Air Midwest decided to get Cat. II approved. Here's the link to the article that was on there, hope that helps!

I'm pretty sure Air Midwest is a Mesa company and nobody should be inadvertantly called Mesa, I could be wrong, but according to the article and things I've heard SkyWay will get CAT II, I'm assuming only the jets since beeches don't have autopilots and and Midwest Airlines, Midex, will be CAT III for the 17s and CAT II for the 80s.

Air Midwest won't be doing any CAT II, or CAT I for that matter...becuase they're shutting down...check out the "Mesa's Loss" thread on here posted today.

You should be apologizing to the Skyway guys for calling them Skywest.

dont worry we're pretty used to it thats why our callsign is changing....even though we were here first :)

The big news: Skywest is buying Southwest, Northwest, United, Dleta, American, Jetblue, Airtran and every other airline in the US. We will all be one big family. LOL

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ya, it sucks working for SKW. I'd think I'm going leave for a quality operation like GoJet or MAG.:confused:

Maybe I'll get lucky and Skyway will pick me up?:eek:
