Two questions...
1. Do you think a regional would take into consideration past employment with them. I have 7yrs with MQ as a station agent. Would that help in getting hired?

2. Would refrences from MQ pilots help?

If I put both of these together would they help in getting an interview with 25-30 hrs shy of the 400 their looking for? I will have about 370-375/50

I'm in the same position myself right now.
Check Piedmont they fly Dash 8 I'm pretty sure they have a Syracuse base and no training contract, small company but I've heard some good things about them and they pay is descent.

It would not matter much for regionals. Hiring is about does he have enough hours to get through training and can he be trained.
