I would send it in. I had less than 80 and I got hired on the 170 about 5 months ago.

Did any of you folks take a jet transition course? I'm signed up for one at the end of March wondering if I should skip it and just apply. I should be around 630/151 by the begining of Mar., currently 480/151.

Overall good company to work for. I like it here, but I would like it even better if we fixed up our contract. Good luck.

Skip it. They don't care, you don't need it, don't waste the money. You might be ok with that reduced TT, but I'd consider getting to the 800 and doing some real world IFR trips. Go somewhere 500 miles away in a twin with friends for a short vacation, its great experience.

Does any republic pilots know the status of the amending contract that was up in October?
