What? the company that stole flying from ExpressJet with lower paid pilots and has performed worse than ExpressJet with MX cancellations and on-time performance. I guess saving a buck and screwing over a really good pilot group is something to be proud of.
Should I even entertain an answer to this ignorant post? I won't but hopefully after you've read what you posted you would realize just how much you're deteriorating the intelligence of pilots around the world. Way to sparking a flame unnecessarily.... |

Riddle, hahahaha. Not from there, but I find it funny you call me ignorant and then say that....
Also, I am looking at the bigger picture, because you did take our flying, because you guys have lower costs. Why are you proud you get paid less and have worse work rules? Your MX cancellations and on-time performance also correlate to your lower pay. So go ahead and tell me how I am ignorant and not looking out for fellow pilots. You hosed a well paid pilot group. That doesn't help our wages at all when you undercut us. I wasn't at ExpressJet either when you "Took" our flying so I am not crying about losing it, I am just pointing out you are doing "NOTHING" to help pilots get their pay and work rules back. BTW, their 50 seat CA's as a whole make as much as you guys do. Yes early on they may make a buck or two less but as time goes on their a buck or two ahead of XJT and their FO rates are a blended rate which is set to change. Oh and they have the highest paid E-CA's in the US as well as the highest payed <50 seat CA's. http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airli...xpressjet.html http://airlinepilotcentral.com/airli...xpressjet.html |
Oh ok RAH guys. I'm sure you'll get our "flying" since Continental didn't release more at the end of December 2007. I'm pretty sure Continental is going to release you routes back to us.

I guess it's another one of those times where I should mention that if you don't work at the company, you probably don't know what the hell you're talking about. I always enjoy the conversations from my XJT friends about work...

Good God, what's worse...a kool-aid drinking RAH FO or a kool-aid swilling XJT FO, both talking smack about each other's employer on an internet aviation forum?

I'm positive we're going to get the flying back. On our union board, we've been organizing a raid on Continental's office to steal the files detailing routes.

Now I don't really think we'll get the flying back, but I never did realize the Kool-Aid over at RAH too, until now...
