Default A few systems Questions for the Dash Guys

Trying to figure a few things out I can't find in the systems manual.... all these are referring to the classic version of the Dash 8. Thanks guys!

1. Will the APU shut down if the RBY OHT light (Gen overheat) illuminates?
2. Where are the flapper valves in the fuel system actually located?
3. How are dump valves open during refueling... air pressure or fuel truck pressure passing thru arming valves
4. What happens if electrical power is lost during single point refueling?
5. What is the maximum ground fuel imbalance (not flight)... is there one?
6. Can crew select cabin temp in manual mode when the flight compartment temp controller is in auto mode?

Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks!

2 half wall between the collector tanks and the main tanks
3 fuel truck pressure
4 premods cant post mods have a refuel defuel switch along the truck to do it
5 Ground doesnt have one 600lbs in flight

Hey, I am taking this test too right now for the February class.

3. From the fuel truck pressure. Found the answer onpage 173 of the Systems Guide

4. On page 173 it says Premods require DC and Postmods require no power b/c it is powered by the hot bus. I put fueling will continue... dont know if it is right.

5. it is 600 lbs. page 174 Systems Guide

6. Yes. Page 20 of the Systems Guide.

I didnt have the question about the flapper valves on my test, and I haven't found the answer for the RBY OHT light. If you are in the February class drop me an email [email protected].

There were a few people in my class who brought cars, so that helped a bunch with the vans. You guys can always hope for that.
