The plight of all Jetstinkers..."organizing" for us is a euphemism for "how can I wedge more of the crap the company wants me to carry in here". EFBs anybody?:D

If you get ramped by a jack FAA Inspector they might throw a hussy about that "small" flashlight - even if it is one of those trillion candle power deals LoL

121.549 Flying equipment.
(b) Each crewmember shall, on each
flight, have readily available for his
use a flashlight that is in good working order.

Where does it specify a size or type? I always wondered about that. IIRC, it used to say "D" cell back in the day......

Well I think I'll have to check on that! Terrorist Brain-Buster or not, I'd rather not lug around ten pounds of flashlight if I don't need too LoL

Take a look at this website. They have a good selection of what you are probably looking for. I bought an organizer bag, leather jacket, and other bag and the guys products are top notch.

us ex-TSA pilots still have our Maglite beat-down specials (TM) because TSA's ops spec required a D-cell or equivalent.
