Republic contract
 

I understand that the contract is in negotiations, any idea when this might get hammered out? Any thoughts on what kind of numbers are being thrown around or changes being made?

Those of you folks already there what would you like to see in your new contract and what do you like about your current contract.

hmmmm, unlikely you will get anything about that here. contract negotiations are very quite until put out to vote.
but hey, everyone here has their .02 and this may be a very livily thread (however inaccurate)

i agree...probably not much going to be discussed here.... I do think it will be a LONG exhaustive time before we get a new contract.

Yup. As far as the contract goes, we are the same operation.

My guess is two years.

Fight hard, everyone else is depending on it too.

Probably not going to get any details since the pilots don't even know...that's the way it works until a TA comes out. You'll probably get to read it about the same time we do.

The rest of my opinion probably should not be spread across this board.

would like to see it come sooner than later, but i feel i'll be gone before i see a new one
