Another nonrev question
 

Trying to non rev to NAS tomorrow morning with my gf who is my travel companion. Deltanet says I need to pay for her for the flight. Isn't that why I paid the $50?

the 50 bucks is for the pass benes, companion pass will still cost you if you have your parent(s) on the travel benes as well. a little less than buddy pass. go to fare calculator and it shows the diff.

and i take it that if we don't get on the flight it's refundable?

If your parents are not on your pass bennies, does your travel companion go free?

that im not sure of, call the pass bureau they should be able to tell you.

"spouse is eligible for free unlimited travel, ....companion/domestic partner has an associated space available yield fare that must be paid" i thought if parents were not appointed then the companion would rec free travel.

Don't forget the extra airport taxes included. Also you can log on to travel net, click on the news/info link and on the left hand side there is a link to companion travel rules and regs. It says a yield fare must be purchased for travel companion. Read up on it a little more as it goes into details.
