New Hire training info

Does anyone by chance have the "Bill Bill" CRM video on digits, presented for PNCL new hires? I didn't get a copy of it. I have a friend teaching Army Instructor Pilots on CRM and thought he might find it useful if anyone could send to me. Thanks! :)
