Mesaba online app?

Has anyone applied to Mesaba using their online app. I did and try to "view status," but it still hasn't changed. I applied on 3/12 and it says last update 3/12. Anyone with experience with this?

Thanks

I did the on line application and got a response within about a week. However I recently tried to edit my app and it won't let me edit the flight time and ratings section, which is what I need to change.

I didn't know there was a section for the flight time and ratings.....

I'd highly recommend sending in a paper resume. I applied both online and sent a paper copy. I got the call about a day after they got the paper copy.

How did you send a paper copy? By mail? Fax?

I didn't see and email address of fax, but also didn't look that hard for one. I'll try that as well and see if it works any better.

They have an email address and fax number, plus the online application you can submit.

You can also mail in a paper cover letter and resume.

I just got a call from them today and I submitted the online ap (only) on the first of this month... so 2 and a half weeks isnt too bad.... They said they were a little back logged and thats why it took so long...

Makes sense.....I only started applying to most places about a week ago.

In regards to the online app, is there a flight time section???

Stryker 03-18-2008 04:51 PM

I just looked it over and I didnt see it on there earlier, but I could have sworn that it was on there originally.... But im pretty sure I also attached my resume that has my times on there.... not sure....

Stryker 03-18-2008 04:56 PM

ok I checked it again... it doesnt ask for your breakdown of flight times, but it asks if you have the 600/50 and you cut and paste your resume or attach it.... so thats where they get your times... and the nice thing is that most of the paperwork is covered by the online app... the only thing that you have to bring with you is logbooks, certs, PRIA forms, and I think thats it...

Alot easier than some of the other places....

I agree...the application process at AE/Colgan on Airlineapps is a nightmare.

I attached my resume, even though I'm a bit short on the 50 multi.
