Default Which outfits pay bonuses up front (day 1)?

Just curious,

which regionals, fractionals, outifts, etc. pay bonuses up front on day one or signing? I think commutair does. Who else does?

Thanks.

Doesn't Horizon give you some sort of shady "pre-employment" bonus right before you start indoc?

Yes. $10k right before they hand you your badge. Meant to skirt rules in the contract, so no strings attached. You can walk out 5 minutes later if you're so inclined.

Yep, 10k no strings attached.

If the company gets it's way that will potentially go to 25k along with up to 25k in tuition reimbursement.

CommutAir sends it 2 days before INDOC with a 1-year agreement.

In addition to QX, you'd be blacklisted from Alaska and Virgin.

Outside of Horizon - are all bonuses tied to a training contract? I would assume they have to be, but just wondering.
