Such BS how they claim to be a first to mess with hydrogen. I did a report for my masters and Tupolov has flown large aircraft with liquified Hydrogen and natural gas. The best part about their program is that you could fly it with either cryogenics or fossils: http://www.tupolev.ru/English/Show.asp?SectionID=82 Pretty amazing stuff specially the liquified gas. I think it could def be a interesting development due to the oil prices.
