rumor has it $65hr for 1st yr FO and $100 for CAs with a 8 dollar increase every year

That's a huge difference between what Compass and Mesaba pay thier pilots for flying planes with similar capacity. And if you look at Skywest, their 900 CAs dont even come close to 100$ until year 17. Is this suppose to be a joke?
