Does anyone know how to get a replacement radio operators license if you lose yours?

Look at the bottom where it says How to Obtain and read on replacement.

I did a search and it took me two minutes to find this.:)

Most airlines require them as a condition of emloyment. The PIC must possess one for international ops, so most jet regionals just want to make you sure you have one at the time of hire.

I was told to bring one when I came to Horizon and then they said its not a requirement any more. Then did my paper work at Spirit and again they said its not a requirement. Maybe because Im not PIC. But still...
