ASA reserve

For any ASA pilots, what is reserve like? How much flying do get a month on average? Do you typically to four days vs. one day trips? If you are short call how often do you get called two hours out? How far out in advance do you usually know you are going to fly? Any info on ASA reserve would be great . Thanks!

Reserve on the 700 means lots of time off, especially short call.

Where you living? hopefully not a crashpad. You will have plenty of time to go work out, play tennis, run, bike, etc...

Are there any ASA pilots that give me a more specific idea about what to expect? Thanks!

I'm on the ATR. They use me once a week, usually for a quick overnight or just a round trip. A typical month is about 20 hours of flying I guess.

I'm on the 200 and I haven't flown in about a month. A couple months ago I couldn't get a break, I might fly 6 days straight. Usually it was four day trips with maybe a call the night before the trip started. Seems kinda feast or famine. I don't commute, and I'm not living in a crashpad, my girlfriend lives in town, and I'm taking online classes, so I'm happy to get paid to sit around and wait on a phone call that never comes.

On my first month of reserve right now, and today was the first day I've flown in 18 days...

When the ATR guys come over it will probably be worse.. Im on the ATR and went over a month without flying.. I flew one nap a few weeks ago. Then again, I love getting paid vacation..
