I've got a buddy that's been flying for PenAir out of Anchorage for around 8 years now. Last I talked to him, he loves it! From what I know, he's a captain on the Metro, but also flies in out in the bush every couple of months on the Navajo. He's originally from TX, and being that he's still up there after all this time with options of getting on with Continental, I'd say he loves the operation and types of flying only Alaska can provide. Not to mention, he makes a lot more money than he would with any regional in the lower 48. If my wife would allow the move...I'd be there!
