just got a email stating mesa won the injuction.

We did. Just got the email from JO. Judge ruled in our favor.

Bet the Freedom guys aren't sweating anymore! Good day for those of us at Mesa.

And "Dewey Defeats Truman!!!" How bout a little evidence.

I got the email as well. It's just a preliminary injunction, but it means that we must actually have a case, and trials take time.

Safe for awhile. I'm very relieved that unemployment isn't imminent, since I'm pretty far down the list.
