well we will see if we can keep this thread open. just saw delta gave us a new route starting june 30th. atl to czm (cozumel). pinnacle has just received approval for flights over the gulf of mexico and to the carribean and virgin islands (over water operations).

we are also on day 2 of negotiations in sgf. man we could use some good news about now. anyone hear any new news?

expect it to be very quiet this week. Probably nothing until sunday when they are done.

I think that you have a slightly unhealthy obsession with Pinnacle. Not flaming you, but maybe you should go read a book or something. Don't you get enough of this while you're at work :confused:

Now now, didn't you listen to the conference call? no rumors spreading now :)

I am speculating with PNCL stock but I know nothing new. I just think things are on the bottom. Then again oil hit $140. As was said there will be nothing released (publicly) until the negotiations are done- whether they end in a TA or with another round of scheduled negotiations or an impasse.


DO NOT PM me asking for information. Those who are 9E pilots will hear from the company when there is news. If you have a rumor you want an answer to I can try and deal with that but I will not spread updates via a public forum. As of this time I don't even have any more info than what was said on the company all pilot call.

I want to know whats up with the United RFP for -700's and the Q400's... That closed weeks ago and with the plans for 100 united planes to be grounded and the unfortunate furloughs I want to know who gets the regional feed. And for the record I have always been a proponent for the majors to fly anything over 50 seats so lets not go there....

ha. seeing how you have no idea what is going on over here i think its funny you would say that. gee i have 20 days off in july, i had 19 in june. i work 10 days a month. we are in the middle of the end game on our negotiations, all the delta stuff going on. just trying to get some info from the guys who actually have to work all the time :) .

unhealthy relationship with pinnacle. yeah i guess that could be true since i work here. maybe the unhealthy relationship is you worrying about why i would be posting things about the very company i work for, while you are posting in a topic that has nothing to do with you since you have no valid input.. not flaming you or anything :) just doesn't sound to healthy.. maybe you should grab a book or something.

Nothing wrong with an obsession about their job. I'm sure airsupport reads and does other things. I think it's great to get the latest updates from pinnacle. :D

Well we'll see...it is going to be a interesting weekend...our atc coordinator are hard at work getting situated with the overflight for cuban airspace....We also did our first ao13 route this past wednesday to stx. We were able to shave about 15 minutes on the route and save on gas. Not bad! I can only hope Delta reconsiders....

Between you guys and Shuttle America, all of our favorite trips and overnights have pretty much been eradicated =(
