Thanks SkyWest!
I cooked my Christmas turkey last night for dinner, and it was fabulous.
That is all. |
I hope that is some kind of metaphor, otherwise this might be the most pointless thread I've seen since the last "anybody have any info on GoJets?" fiasco :p
|
Well, it should have been prefaced with the fact that Skywest, every year, supplies a gift certificate for a free turkey for Thanksgiving, I believe. But the coupon is good for quite a few months after the holiday, so you can eat your turkey later. Then maybe this thread is just a little less pointless :).

I figured this would seem like good news with all of the doom and gloom lately! Admittedly, this thread is somewhat pointless.
I purchased the bird last December with my coupon and it's been in the freezer ever since. I basted it liberally with sage-lemon butter and roasted it at 350 degrees for about 3 hours. Anybody else have a turkey success story to share? |
A turkey dinner sounds good right now but this thread belongs on the Food Network. Threads closed.
