The Dash has a DEC program, jet will soon follow
Spot on. That guy goes to pretty much every regional thread and throws out passive aggressive question/statements.

Daolddumbman... We haven't retired one dash yet.. Not one... Were are now 48 aircraft in the fleet.. This time last year we were at 37.. We start taking 2 to 3 145s a month in January.. That's a lot of growth to me.. I've been saying it for a year.. Get here.. Get in soon... Still the same advice.. I'm now 1.5 years from flowing and will make well over 60k next year and I'm an fo with 14 to 15 days off a month.. Oh and I just fly a turboprop..

When were you hired? I thought they were flowing 2004 hires currently.

Lots of AWAC FOs jumping, smart move on their part. If I were there or XJT or even SkyW at the bottom of a big list I'd make the jump in a heartbeat.

We are getting into the long list of 2007 hires.. Once we cycle through that long list and finish off the 08/09's were into 2013/14/15 in no time.. PDT didn't hire for years during the recession. if you got in at 2013, you are a lucky sob. If you did 2014, you are a jet/dash captain right now with a another 1.5 - 2 years to flow. If you a 15 hire.. Your upgrading to captain around now. Further if your on the dash still your debating making an extra 12k this year by agreeing to the dash retention program. Some people are going to make more than 25k extra this year by signing this agreement if they are a captain on the dash since they will get jet pay.

There is a lot of money to be made.

Well, new flight information letter out. New hires will be sad to learn that their ATP certificate from Piedmont Airlines will no longer include circling approaches. Welcome to the jet age.

Default telephone interview

I received an email for a telephone interview, I responded by email and have tried numerous times during my lunch hour to contact MS. Bowers unsuccessfully. Can anybody give me a good time to try to call? She must be very busy.
