That I can't answer, we were the last class to go through ground from start to finish all the way through and then we were on break prior to sims. Sim schedules are weekly and they warn you that they are subject to change due to people calling in sick or a sim breaking or any other reason imaginable.

Are you coming to Houston for sim?

I thought sims were in DFW or starting up in CLT in next few months. Would be great for me since I live in Houston.

Sims are located in at least 3 different cities right now until the erj sim is installed in CLT.

HOU, STL, DFW are sim locations. I've been assigned HOU this week.

So awesome reading how fast PDT is growing. I know there's tons of growing pains but to realize 4 years ago they couldn't get anyone to go there shows a very welcome change.
You know the flow is working when I had to DH on a flight and the Captain and FO were piedmont flows.

sims are mostly St Louis now not that many slots in HOU. Piedmont is growing like a weed. Once we get some more SOE guys and our sims in CLT going we will really be in good shape. We have guys in their 30's flowing this year.

Yes ENY.. express jet is giving 24 145 back to eny.. therfore we will be roughly 40 jets end of this year... plus at least 15 dashes.. so at least 55 planes.. we're growing.. growing alot.. since i have joined 2 years ago were about double the size..

They are pushing hard to make 800 pilots asap..

Default The first week

Could someone please go through the first week in Charlotte step by step?

I have a few questions...

Do I bring a big bag for manuals, or is everything done electronically?

Do I bring a laptop for study in the hotel, or is the first week meet, greet and orientation?

I have been told I'll be there 1 week. Is that a Mon - Fri week, or right thru to the following Sunday? (Flights home to plan, etc).
