I'm sure they would love to sell it for some quick cash (a la XJT and CAL) but the fact is nobody in their right mind would buy Eagle nor would anyone get in on an IPO if they issue shares. They probably figure it's worth more to them wholly owned than attempt a spin off in this economic environment.

Definitely good news for the Eaglets. ;)
