Will the reduced flights last?
 

i like many others are in a slight quandry with the closing of the boston eagle base. now that i'm going to be based in jfk my commute will now require flying as will many others. my concern is with the reduced flights how much of a nightmare the commute will really become.

will these reduced flight schedules in the fall last? if the public is still demanding to fly from abc to xyz 8 times a day and not just 2 will the airlines eventually boost its schedule?

no because airlines will actually start to make money, then they will just increase the freq of flights forcing them to lose money because they will sequentially lower prices as well............

...thus the cycle continues...

...due to failure to effectively control growth...
