TSA Field Agent SOP Handbook

Anyone have one or know where to get one to look through?

Just wanting to check some stuff that they were saying that I have never heard. I feel I was harrassed and verbally assaulted tonight on SFO.

Thanks in advance

you really think that would be public knowledge?

The the "security" of the TSA, I wouldn't be shocked if someone has posted it online somewhere.

That person would probably be in federal prison for doing it. The TSA has intimidated anyone employed by them who even comments on their procedures, even if they are just giving their opinions and not revealing anything.

All their procedures are SSI, so they can pretty much make anything up and say its procedure.

Overheard last week while walking through the far end of a PDX terminal. This was said to a group of ten to twelve tsa trainees....
"After forty hours of on the job training you will be responsible for the safety of this country, so pay attention because this is serious business!"

And to think in just forty hours I too could have been an "agent"....I think I just shed a tear!

If you were harassed verbally and physically, you probably should have spoken to that person's immediate supervisor that day to get it on record. The longer you let it go on, the more difficult it's going to be to do anything about it.

Well that stuff needs to be public knowledge because this make it up as we go stuff is BS.

I did speak to the supervisor and was further harassed but I didn't have time to pursue it because I had to catch my flight.

"After forty hours of on the job training you will be responsible for the safety of this country, so pay attention because this is serious business!"

And you,ll also have the ability to do damage to a parked a/c while performing vital security work.
