Check out www.aviationinterviews.com and click on "gouges" then find Regions and it has post from those who interviewed with the co. , what they had for hours and what they experienced in the interview, also has payscale.

Best of luck.

Aw man, that is unbrearable. I would not be able to make my bills as an FO on that wage.

Are the payscales really flat like that? Whats the point in sticking around if you make the same your first year or your fifth? They must blow a ton of cash on training.

Maybe their upgrade time is very fast. If you're looking seriously into 5 year FO rates, then start looking into a different airline...

Its flat even for captains. Looks like $17/hr for FOs and $27.50/hr for CAs regardless of how long you've been with the company.

What's the source of the data? It seems more likely they only got one data point and used it out to five years. But knowing the regional airlines...

I thought that too, thats why I asked the question. The info came from the payscale on aviationinterviews.com

I don't believe the flat pay scale is accurate. If I remember correctly from those who work there, the FO pay goes up to $18 or $19 second year, and then roughly $1 more per year after that. I think the captain pay follows the same trend.
But no one has spent much more than a year as an FO there for a pretty long time. A lot of FO's leave for other regionals, and the rest upgrade in about a year; at least that's what's been happening lately.
