Not bashing anyone, but there are several carriers out there that don't seem to care about working their pilots into the ground and it seems like nobody wants to take this seriously

Yeah because you pay no attention to contract negotiations. And surprise my friend...there are a ton of carriers that don't care. Welcome to Wayne's World!

What does that mean? Please don't patronize me! I'm fortunate enough to work for a company that has a semi-decent contract and have only been screwed a couple of times in my short career as a 121 pilot. There are thousands of pilots worse off than me. Forgive me if I didn't expect such a lame response to such an obvious problem for so many regional carriers.
