IAI for Eagle?

How come we still don't have the adjustment since it is almost black and white that we are owed a higher percentage?
"Bueler":confused:

Alpa is working on it.:rolleyes:

This just in...ALPA is looking into a resolution that will take a percentage of your IAI to ensure that budget needs are met. The good news is no one, including the president, will be taking pay cuts in these troubled times.

I propose that ALPA gives us the difference back on our dues until they resolve the difference from the IAI. Once we get the money back from the company then we can continue to pay the full monthly dues. :) I'm sure that will put some pressure to get us the money quick.

Just file a grievance...they'll get to it by the time you've moved on to bigger, better, greener pastures. You'll get a check in the mail for a couple of bucks! In the meantime, keep paying.

Wait, you mean we aren't getting our 1.5% increase this year? Isn't that in the CBA?

We are getting the 1.5%. ALPA says we should be getting closer to 1.8% and the company says 1.5%. Dispute is due to the way they calculate the averages from other carriers.

Alpo said that every year I was there too...needless to say we got 1.5% most of the time....

Yea, it definitely isnt making me rich quick, but to get a 1.5% pay raise every year for the past 12 years isnt bad considering what a lot of other carriers have been through.

It won't make you rich slow either - considering the lovely effect of inflation. It is, however, better than the proverbial stick in the eye. Besides that, the effect of inflation would be even worse if our pay didn't increase by anything over the last few years.

Doesn't amount to a drop in the bucket when health care contributions go up 10% a year either though you know...

Wow, ALPA is working wonders for you!
