Any Waterski FOs want to pick up a trip?

I have a 3-day starting on 12/12 (R3023) that i want to trop to extend my vacation. 20:25 Credit.
I'll pay $50 in addition.

Why not put it on Flica? Oh wait...

I think you sound like you have that cold going around.

Did RZ send out another death threat letter for this holiday season?

Positive_Rate 12-01-2008 10:39 AM

No death threats (yet) this season. Even if he did, I'd still call out. It's your sick time, use it how you want without fear of 'death' and EP. If you have to call the FM, big deal, if they want a docs note, have them pay for the visit! The threats are ridiculous.

Use your sick time. If they want you to call a flight manager, make sure it is after 12am.

I thought about it the other day and wished I still worked there and could pick a trip, but it was just gas from thanksgiving dinner.

Oh Well.
How are you guys hanging in over there these days.

Reeves

Don't call in sick now, Phelps reads this forum. He can trace the trip number, and you'll carpet dance for it.

BoilerUP 12-01-2008 05:48 PM

3 day trip that credits 20:25?

WOAH!!!

I agree.. You should have just caught a cold a couple days before you trip or better yet the runs. And if they want a Dr's note tell them you'll supply a stool sample! If they can determine the difference between sick shet and regular shet then hats off to them

ExperimentalAB 12-01-2008 07:31 PM

LMAO that's fantastic...are they really requiring notes??

I wouldnt go through all this trouble to drop a trip if i intended to call in sick. I'll save my sicktime for when I really am sick.

ExperimentalAB 12-01-2008 07:40 PM

How quickly do you accrue sick-time at TSA...I forget.

2 hrs sick credit pr month for the first couple of years. Think it goes up to 3 hrs on 3rd year of employment.

ExperimentalAB 12-01-2008 07:50 PM

Oh that's better than I thought...and they don't expire, correct? And when did they start pulling the doctor's note crud?

As per the contract, they can but they have to pay for it. So no.

reevesofskyking 12-02-2008 04:02 AM

I just went to the chiropractor for my dr note. I would go in for my weekly adjustment, and if I did not feel like going in, I would get a doctors note saying the seats in the airplane was the cause for the dr visit, and take a week off with light duty and rest.

Not once did I hear a single word over it, and I did all summer long last year.

I sincerely hope he does indeed read this forum.

flynavyj 12-02-2008 04:34 PM

The man reads the forums, doubt he knows who everyone is though....but he does read them. Honestly, i wish Leach, was reading the forums to, along with Zhender, and White, maybe they'd realize what a sham operation they're running and get on par to change things before the company folds on itself, leaving them under the rubble.

Foxcow 12-02-2008 10:45 PM

Seriously, who the hell cares if he reads this board? Not I.
