Default Mesaba in ATL

Looks like Mesaba is setting up a MX base in ATL. It will be interesting to see how long it takes for a pilot base as well.

Any word on setting up shop in the brand new & abandoned Mesaba MX hanger in CVG? It still says Mesaba over the doors. There may still be a few BigSky 1900s in there, too!

Why take that, when there are about to be a few fully equipped comair hangers in a better location?

With "UncaDon's lightly-used CRJ lot" parked in front, the Comair MX hangers are almost inaccessible.

Lightly used??? How long has it been since you have been in the back of one of those?

We can only dream of ever getting CVG back. I'm pretty sure a pig will come flying out of my arse before we get a base there again.

I'd trade you guys CVG in a hearbeat. Hofbrauhaus is the only thing worth seeing around here.

Hoping 9E will grow (both with ramp contracts and flying), what about the Pinnacle hangar at TYS? That's a really nice hangar they have there.

Comair does overnight MX on XJ CRJ's now. I guess they drag/drive off to a hanger. So unless Comair needs a hanger I doubt that one is going to be picked up. They've swapped APU's before and now are in the book on overnights.
