It goes to a review panel now.

No, it should be staying where it is right now. The Nasdaq issued a letter saying they wouldn't be delisting anyone right now due to the economy. I think it gives us like a month or two grace.

Are you sure that wasn't the NYSE?

Yeah I'm 99% sure, but I could be wrong. If it had been yesterday, I think I probably would have heard about it. Even if it did happen, it should go to a review panel, and then they probably wouldn't delist us anyways based on the current financial situations.

There is a hold on stock delistings until January 16th, it was an emergency order put into place by the SEC in October because of the current economic climate. Perhaps then it would go before the review board.

that article was written on June 20, 2008 and they are still listed so I'll say they are going to be around a bit longer.....

MAG is Magnetek and is traded on the NYSE and is actually up $.05 today and closed at $2.10 and in no danger of being delisted
Mesa is identified as MESA and is traded on NASDAQ. Sorry just had to clear that up because the misuse of acronyms and regulations applying to each market have been driving me NUTTS!!!:D rant over
