A positive thread about Mesa

Yesterday I commuted through ORD (Bad idea...) and ended up on a flight from ORD-ATW many hours late trying to get home.

I have commuted on Mesa many times and have never found them to be anything other than professional and competent. Yesterday was no exception. Tough conditions - very very cold, very windy, full house of pax, delays and cancellations.

I sat on their jumpseat and watched them do a superb, thorough and professional job dealing with those conditions.

Thanks guys once again for a great jumpseat experience. You guys deserve better from your company.

I have never had a problem commuting on Mesa, either with the trip itself or the crews.

Thanks a lot man! It's always nice to hear other people say nice things about us. I can speak for about 90% of our pilots, when I say we're good people and those 90% of us would do anything to help you guys out. I'm always very glad to take someone home - because I know on the flipside (like yesterday trying to get home from IAD), it's nice to have another UAX jumpseat to fall back on.

Merry Christmas! :D

It's great and just goes to show you the management, the company or personal opinions keep us from being what we are professional pilots.

I'm glad we don't have airline crews who are out there that are mad at their management and trying intentionally to kill an entire plane full of passengers!
