ZED / Load info.
Hey guys,
Gonna be traveling out soon, and was wondering if anybody knows any ways, or how to go about getting an idea of what loads will be on a flight you are taking. It will most likely be a non-U.S airline. Also, in regards to the website flyzed.com, they give you an idea of what loads look like with smiley faces. There is a green smiley face, a yellow smiley face, and a red smiley face. Does anybody have any idea what numbers the different colors represent? Thanks. |
I've always just called the airlines U.S. 1800 number, told them I was a non rev/ZED fare passenger and got the info.

Any time I've nonreved somewhere and had to get there I've called the 800 number. While I've never had the person on the other end say "You have XX seats available" they will almost always tell you if it looks good or not. If they say it looks good, you should get on.
All of the 800 numbers are listed on the airline profiles here. Save them in your phone. They can be a lifesaver if you're stranded somewhere. |
Thanks guys. I'll try that. I know I have had experiences, although it was with US airlines when I asked about load info and they wouldnt give it to me. So I was kinda worried about wasting my time this time around.
Also, as far as jumpseating international goes, all you pay is the taxes correct? So it comes out cheaper then a ZED, yes? Thanks again for the info. Havent flown on a ZED yet so I'll probably have a few more quick questions. |

Where do we find the Interline agreement for USair? Or is it company specific. This sounds like a good website, I just have never used it before |
