Yes, all cities Delta (mainline) used to serve, then it was SkyWest, then ASA, then SkyWest again, now Mesaba, and then back to SkyWest.

Don't forget Comair used to do some of those runs too.

ExpressJet also.

Are these routes or of MSP or SLC....

EmbraerFlyer 01-08-2009 03:27 PM

Compass was going to be doing BOI, BIL, and BZN starting in march but we cant staff it. They just gave back some block hours to NWA so Mesaba will be doing a lot of that flying

Mesaba will be out of SLC (temporarily)

From what I have heard and been told, it is only until Mesaba will get their planes and because SkyWest has to maintain a certain percentage of flying out of ATL. Once all the planes are delivered and handed out, SkyWest will take over the routes again in SLC and the Mesaba planes will go to ATL. Salt Lake City is SkyWest territory, and I think it will stay that way. I wouldn't get too comfortable or excited, because it won't last long, just ask ASA, ExpressJet or Shuttle America. Why are you so excited bout Vegas anyway? Do you live out there? ;)

Skywest is sending some -900s to ATL to cover ASA -900 flying until they arrive as Skywest Inc. has to maintain at least 80% of the regional flying in ATL. Once the ASA -900's arrive, Skywest will shift back to SLC and Mesaba is out.
